What do we use? On most of the carpets we clean, we use the Hot Water Extraction method to clean. However, there are some special carpets that require an alternative to the Hot Water Extraction method because of the carpet fibers or the backing material used to make the carpet. When we have a special carpet, we will select the best method to meet the needs of the carpet.
Why did we choose the Hot Water Extraction (or Steam Cleaning) method?
Reason 1: We did a lot of research before we entered into the carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery cleaning business. We found that a large percentage of the carpet manufactures recommended the Hot Water Extraction process as part of the required maintenance process (usually every 12 to 18 months depending on the manufacture). In most cases, the failure to meet this requirement released the manufacture from the warranty. To reiterate, the manufacturers warranty was void or null. So, Breeze Carpet Cleaning choose the method recommended by the majority of the carpet manufactures.
For most of the residential carpets that we clean, we use the Hot Water Extraction method. When a better method is developed, we will change! Why? Breeze Carpet Cleaning is committed to offering only the best service!
Please, don't take our word on this matter, visit some or all of the manufactures. Here are a few places you can check to verify our findings:
Atlas Carpet Mills Mohawk Carpets Shaw Industries Stainmaster Carpets | Reason 2:It is simply the best method of cleaning. Many of those that put down the hot water extraction process are trying to sell an alternative to the method that most of the manufactures recommend. I believe in the above companies and their recommendations for their own carpets. So, who are you going to believe? Reason 3:We had our carpets cleaned using different methods before we even considered starting our own company and the only process we were truly happy with was the hot water extraction method. So... long story short... WE BELIEVE! ... and we want to make BELIEVERS out of YOU!
Our job is to help identify the best method of cleaning your carpets and do a good job cleaning!
